Faculty and Department Chairs/Program Directors seeking to make adjustments to faculty academic research leaves need to submit this form. Submission of this form does not constitute approval, decisions will be sent via email from the Dean of the Faculty.

The purpose of the Research Leave Program: Leaves of absence are granted to enhance the scholarly and teaching capacity of the individual faculty member and to promote the general interest of the College.
